This is focused, strategic, sleeves-rolled-up work.

We nail all three elements of an ‘easy yes’ offer:

  1. The Promise (messaging)
  2. The Package (how you deliver it + what’s included)
  3. The Price (coz people want to know that)

When those are solid, everything else becomes easier.

Part of the value of this process is me forcing you to talk about your favourite clients. I’ll be asking questions Chat couldn’t compute.

Let me guide you through the three stages of compelling offer creation:

Stage 1

THE PROMISE

After getting crystal clear on who you’re aiming this fab offer at, we get to grips with what they WANT. This means people will be clamouring for it before it’s even been launched.

Stage 2

THE PACKAGE

That process of yours? We’re going to buff it up so that it shows the full value of what you do. Whether it’s a diagram, an acronym a metaphor or just a Ronseal name, we’ll nail it.

Stage 3

THE PRICE

This bit is a doddle once we’ve got to grips with the mountains of value you’re delivering your clients. I don’t tell clients to raise their prices, because I won’t need to!

Here’s how the week works:

Before we start

You complete a detailed questionnaire so I can get my cogs turning ahead of time. This can take an hour or so to complete and an hour or so for me to read so do give this plenty of time in your diary and complete it at least two working days before we start.

Tuesday: Deep Dive Call (1 hour on Zoom)

  •  We go through my interpretation of your answers.

  • I challenge your assumptions and fill any gaps in my understanding of what you want to achieve.

  • I sharpen your  positioning to razor sharpness!

Why do we start on a Tuesday? Monday is the worst day to start anything new. Your inbox is overflowing. You haven’t got into the swing of things yet. And anyway, Monday is my admin day. 😜 

Midweek: Build and Refine

I use our conversation to draft your sales page. And I’ll edit it to match your tone and brain.

We’ll use WhatsApp (or LinkedIn messenger if you prefer) in between calls to sense-check, tweak, refine.

We sleep on it and let it settle over the weekend to let our subconsciouses do their thing.

How much work will you have to do during the ‘midweek’ bit? Honestly, not a lot! This is my time to work my magic so the result sounds and feels like you. But you will need to be reasonably responsive if I ask you any questions during this time.

The following Tuesday: Debrief and Polish (1 hour on Zoom)

We smooth out wrinkles, tighten the messaging and make sure you’re happy with the price and structure. We’ll also agree on how you’re going to promote it.

You leave with:

  • A draft sales page you can publish or send as a Google Doc
  • Clear positioning, pricing and your own proprietary framework (if appropriate)
  • A natural direction for your future sales and marketing efforts e.g. content and lead magnets
  • 5 x social media posts drafted

And I’ll check in a month later to see how it’s all bedding in.

Why a week (not a day)?

Because humans need to sleep on big decisions, especially when we’re repositioning something that makes us money!

One-day intensives can feel like cramming for an exam. A week gives space for clarity to land properly.

What it costs:

VIP intensives like this usually sit between £1k–£5k  for a week of focused attention on the asset that underpins your income.

I’m currently pricing this at £750 because it’s my second round of ‘beta’ testing. I’m tweaking and refining with a view to charging more in the future.

If you can find someone with 20 years of marketing and proposition development experience to do this cheaper, then crack on! 😄
