You don’t actually want to do more marketing.
Am I right?
More likely is that you want a business where the right people recognise themselves in what you put out there and saying yes feels like the obvious next step.
You don’t actually want to do more marketing.
Am I right?
More likely is that you want a business where the right people recognise themselves in what you put out there and saying yes feels like the obvious next step.
Does this sound familiar?
You know you’re doing a lot of the “right” things when it comes to marketing…
…but it doesn’t feel like it’s translating into a steady stream of ideal clients.
You want to earn a good living without selling your soul!
Where you’re not constantly wondering if you should be posting more, launching something new, or trying yet another marketing tactic.
In other words:
If you want a more flowy business, that’s what my mentoring service is designed to help you build.
How does this sound?
You want to earn a good living without selling your soul!
Where you’re not constantly wondering if you should be posting more, launching something new, or trying yet another marketing tactic.
In other words:
A more flowy business.
That’s what my mentoring service is designed to help you build.
And you’re joyfully ambitious.
You’ve got big plans for your work and the impact you want to make. And you’re doing it all with a positive outlook and a desire for things to be better for all.
But right now something isn’t quite clicking. You’re not yet seen as THE person to go to in the field you want to own. Or perhaps you’re still refining what that even looks like.
You know you’re good at what you do.
Your clients tell you that all the time.
But if you don’t have a waitlist of people ready to work with you when you want it, it can shake even the most rock solid self-belief.
Time and time again, the piece that is most frequently missing with coaching or consulting business is the positioning of what you do.
It isn’t clear enough to the right people. And confused people don’t buy.
And when that piece isn’t in place, everything else in your marketing is harder than it needs to be.
Hit that button and let’s have a chat to see if we’d work well together:
How my Marketing Mentoring works:
When someone starts working with me, the first thing I do is step back and look at the whole of their business.
Your services, website, social media presence, pricing structure, visibility activities and lead magnets.
Everything.
Then, in line with your most urgent goal, I can recommend one or two simple steps to get you moving in the right direction.
With a bit of momentum under our belts, we can then set our sights on the future and make sure that everything you’re currently doing is lining you up to achieve your longer term vision.
This usually involves deeper positioning work and understanding what kind of impact you want to have on the world that only you can bring.
This one-to-one support is designed to give you both strategy and sounding board for as long as you need it. No contracts tying you in or restricting your vision.
On Zoom where we work through whatever will move your business forward the most. These sessions are flexible. Got a holiday or sick child? Let’s rearrange to suit you.
In between calls we’ll be in contact on WhatsApp and email so you’re not left second-guessing important decisions. I’ll also review all key materials like sales pages, social media messaging and content plans.
Over the years I’ve created a whole variety of resources for clients and courses. I’ll share them with you as and when you need them so you never feel overwhelmed.
Clients describe my mentoring as:
Having a marketing expert and cheerleader in your pocket who knows you and your business so you never have to second guess again.
Someone who can spot the things you can’t see when you’re too close to your own work. And someone with the broad sales and marketing expertise, specifically in the coaching space, to short cut the learnings and avoid common pitfalls.
What makes this different:
I’ve spent decades working in marketing and offer development.
Before running my own business, my final corporate role was Senior Propositions Manager; a fancy way of saying I specialised in designing offers people actually want to buy.
For the last eight years I’ve been applying that experience specifically to coaching and consulting businesses.
Over time this has become intuitive. I’ve done my 10,000+ hours and my brain can now sense:
And I’ll always be keeping my eye on the three Ps of offer creation and applying my Easy Yes® model to your business.
Once you’re clear on the value you have to offer and how much your ideal clients are benefitting, I promise you; those crises of confidence go away.
Your marketing will be attracting people who are interested and ready.
Once that’s in place, this happens:
And marketing is back in its box.
A means to an end. Not a beast that’s taking over your week with its tentacles reaching for your weekend!
The aim is to do the least amount of marketing possible for the biggest impact.
What it costs
How much to feel clear about your marketing and to feel like you’re making tangible progress every month?
£550 per month.
Marketing Mentoring is a rolling monthly partnership. No minimum contract. But if you really want to get traction, I’d recommend a minimum of 3 months to start with.
I work with a maximum of eight clients at a time so that everyone receives proper attention.
I love working with coaches because I love being coached. Coaches can change the world and I want to help by making it easier for you to get clients.
My marketing mentoring includes messaging work, signature methodologies and framework development, and pricing.
Already got those things in place? Brilliant! We can now make sure your marketing is doing its job in the most efficient way possible.
Oh and by the way, I have:
And I’m the author of award-shortlisted The Easy Yes®: How to attract coaching clients who are ready to say yes.
Sounds like the kind of support you’ve been looking for?
The next step is to book a 30 min chat with me.
Before the call, you’ll answer a few short questions so I can understand where you are in your business.
And then on the call we’ll talk about:
If it’s a good fit, I’ll explain how we’d move forward.
And if it’s not, I’ll happily point you towards something that will help instead.
